We politely ask you to refrain from bringing food or drink into the salon. Please also note that we are a quiet zone, in respect to clients having relaxation services.
New to our Salon
Upon your first visit, we will provide you a new client form to complete. The purpose of this required form is to help identify:
– suitability for certain treatments
– flag important factors such as allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions
– contraindications e.g combination with other treatments, medication
– other aspects that may have an effect on your skin during treatments
– skin goals and skin and treatment history
Depending on which treatments you undergo, there will be further forms to complete from time to time, relevant to the particular treatment.
Appointment Confirmations
Please keep the salon up to date with any change of details for contacting you, such as name changes, address, email and mobile phone number, to ensure you do not miss any important communications such as appointment details and confirmations.
Upon booking, we send an automated confirmation text of your appointment.
At 48 hours prior to your appointment, we send an automated final confirmation text.
All attempts to contact our clients either by phone message, or email are digitally recorded.
No-Show
If you fail to attend an appointment, the appointment will be considered used and any deposits paid are therefore not refundable.
Cancelling Part of a Booking on the Day
If you arrive to your appointment and opt not to undergo some of the treatments that are booked for that day, the deposit on those treatments will be considered used and not refundable as the 24hours notice has not been provided.
Pre-Paid Treatments and Packages
Packages of treatments, pre-paid treatments and bespoke treatment contracts are classified as a final sale and are not refundable. Under some skin conditions, we may be able to modify treatments accordingly.
In the case of a no-show, rescheduling under 24hours for an appointment that is part of a package, the appointment is considered used and the package plan continues on with the next scheduled appointment of the program within the parameters of the package timeframe.
Appointment Arrival Times
On time arrival enables you to complete paperwork prior to your appointment and allows your skin to cool in preparation for treatment.
The timeframe allocated for the appointment is the physical time required to achieve the steps of the treatment which includes our advice and recommendations about treatment options and your homecare routine.
We dedicate a therapist to you for your specific appointment time. Each therapist’s booking time is prescheduled for the day so we ask for you to be respectful in adhering to the appointment etiquette guidelines for the sake of achieving the best service result for you, and in respect to the following client’s appointment time.
If you are unfortunately late to your appointment, we will do our best to achieve the treatment in the shortened time frame you have created. In some cases however, the treatment may not be able to be performed safely in less time, therefore the appointment will be considered used and non-refundable.
Every effort will be made by us to be running on time, however as our services are physical skin and body treatments, from time to time there may be minor delays.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Do keep in mind that treatment packages, and certain other treatments require the follow up appointments to optimally be treated within a certain timeframe from the previous appointment.
We understand and respect from time to time you may need to reschedule an appointment. From time to time, we also may need to reschedule an appointment with you due to unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate as much notice for rescheduling of an appointment as possible, to enable us to refill the appointment time. Please be courteous and not wait to the last minute to let us know you are unable to attend. As soon as you know, please let us know as our therapists time is valuable too.
In the case you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice the appointment will be considered used and therefore the deposit is not refundable.
